Verbier-Summits is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of clients and visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We may collect your personal data to answer inquiries, allow you to make online bookings of our courses and holidays and to fulfill our legal obligations to provide relevant information to certification bodies and legal authorities.
We also collect visitor data via google analytics to monitor the performance and efficacy of our website.
You are welcome to sign up for our email newsletter to receive more information on our activities and offers. This email list is only for Verbier-Summits communications and will not be shared with other organizations.

Any personal information collected by Verbier-Summits will not be published or passed on to third parties without prior consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so. We have undertaken checks of the privacy policies of organizations that have access to client or visitor personal data (our booking engine, payment system, email provider and Paragliding license certification authorities) to ensure they are also GDPR compliant.
We will only keep your information for as long as it is required to be retained. The retention period is either dictated by law or by our discretion. Once your information is no longer needed it will be securely and confidentially destroyed.
